I Just Popped Into Topshop and Nearly Bought 4 New Outfits
Last week, I popped into Topshop’s flagship Oxford Circus store on my way into the office and almost left with four new outfits. Topshop is now in full spring mode, with new pieces arriving every day, but there were four outfits that really stood out to me. During my 30-minute try-on session, I was impressed by a caramel-coloured vinyl trench coat, a pair of butter-coloured pointed ankle boots, a beige linen blazer and a belted boilersuit.
Satin slip skirts have been one of the key items for Topshop over the past six months, and I bought into the hype, as the one outfit I did end up purchasing was a leopard-print slip with a matching satin blouse and a pair of black strappy sandals. If you think it’s too early to be buying linen and sandals, think again, because this pair of strappy Topshop sandals sold out instantly when they were released earlier this month.
